Philosphy

MaDonna Collingwood explores how our environment impacts our physical, and mental health, and well-being. She helps individuals who are pursuing a lifestyle change while still working to keep daily expenses low and monthly installment costs at an income based level.

 

MaDonna follows the WELL Building standard from IWBI which is an accredited organization that’s accompanied with LEED, Leadership and Environmental and Energy Design.

 

MaDonna's human health research spans our living environment, daily nourishment, sleep patterns, and mental health to ensure an all encompassing feeling
of well-being Human health and well being encompasses every aspect of our daily life from our work environment (commercial design), home environment (residential design), the places we occupy for relaxation and recreation (hospitality design), and our physical and mental health (physical training and lifestyle coaching). Whether you are interested in improving a few or all areas of your life - MaDonna can create a custom plan tailored to improving your overall quality of life. 

MaDonna obtained her Master's degree in human health science. She leverages her understanding of sustainability and health to physical training, lifestyle coaching, and interior design.
